About the Position

Your main responsibilities include:

Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conducting cost analyses.
Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Generating reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
Supporting the procurement team in daily operational tasks.

Brief information about the position:

Location: Solna, Stockholm.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment / Consulting assignment.
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Start date: May 1, 2025.
Duration of assignment: May 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025.

About You

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

Documented experience as a procurement analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

Education

Education in the field is a requirement. Relevant fields of study include:
